Design ops, research ops and AI enablement.

Work

I’m a Senior Design Program Manager on the Designer Experience team at Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Jetpack and Tumblr. I make it easier for our designers to do their best work: clearer process, closer to customers, better tools and AI that actually helps.

Most of this work is internal, so each project has a short public summary here. The full case studies are password protected. Ask me for the password.

What I work on

AI enablement

Finding where AI genuinely helps design work, then building the skills, agents and guidance that make it stick.

Research operations

Tools, frameworks and rituals that help designers talk to customers and turn feedback into decisions.

Design quality

Ways to see how good our products feel, using behavioural data and customer feedback side by side.

Community & rituals

Learning sessions, town halls, updates and meetups that keep a fully distributed design team connected.
